Interpret as "Over" in the cineon settings window.
If you are on a Mac keep the "Current Gamma" at 1.7 (so you can see it properly on a Mac display).
If you are on a PC change the "Current Gamma" to 2.2 (so you can see it properly on a PC calibrated monitor).

Make sure the compositions
you create are set in 32bit linear. Work normally.

Render:
Change Cineon Settings to "Over Range" Use the same
"Current Gamma" that you used when you interpreted the
footage.
Uncheck "Clip White Output"
Change the Current Gamma output to the same setting you
used upon import. If you followed what I wrote above about
cineon import above then just enter that same setting. On a
Mac Current Gamma is 1.7. On a PC Current Gamma was set at
2.2.
